Immervox isn’t an ordinary telecommunications company. They strive to provide greater value for their customers by implementing fresh thinking and new technology. Immervox was finding it hard, however, to communicate their unique message in what is a highly competitive industry. Forge was appointed to help change all of that.
The IT and telecommunications industry isn’t always viewed as being customer-friendly or progressive. In order to try to change that, Forge devised a content marketing strategy that would provide useful technical assistance for customers as well as thought-provoking opinion-led content about new technology.
We designed, built and maintained a brand new blog for Immervox, integrating the HubSpot marketing platform. We chose HubSpot for its power and ease-of-use for our clients. It makes reporting easy and helps analyse and improve the effectiveness of an ongoing content marketing strategy. We researched, wrote and published two or more new blog articles every month, designed and sent hundreds of email messages and devised highly targeted paid social media campaigns. We also helped promote numerous events, boosting sign-ups dramatically.
Increased digital exposure for the brand allowed Immervox to gain a number of new high-value clients in 2017 at the same time as upselling new services to existing clients.
