What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of forge.uk and to any services you buy from us.

Where you have signed a Framework Services Agreement or Statement of Work with us, that agreement takes priority over these terms if the two conflict.

Our services

We provide B2B (business-to-business) marketing services, including positioning, brand and website design, content, SEO (search engine optimisation), paid advertising, and CRM (customer relationship management) and sales pipeline set-up.

The scope, deliverables, timings and fees for each engagement are agreed in writing in a Statement of Work before work starts.

We sell to businesses only, not to consumers.

Fees and payment

Fees are either a monthly retainer or a fixed project fee, as set out in your Statement of Work.

We invoice in line with the payment schedule in your Statement of Work. Payment is due within the terms shown on each invoice. Prices exclude VAT (value added tax), which is added at the prevailing rate.

You can pay by bank transfer or by card where a payment link is provided. Card payments are processed on behalf of Forge Global Limited.

Cancellation and termination

Notice periods for ending a retainer or project are set out in your Statement of Work or Framework Services Agreement. Fees for work completed up to the end of the notice period remain payable.

Intellectual property

Ownership of work we produce for you is set out in your Statement of Work or Framework Services Agreement.

The content of forge.uk belongs to Forge Global Limited and may not be copied without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Any other limits on liability are set out in your Framework Services Agreement or Statement of Work.

Privacy

We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies.
